Strategy to execution, without the headcount.
I'm Yoland Moutama. For fourteen years I've built marketing and growth for B2B SaaS, e-commerce and consumer tech, starting in analytics. I own the whole stack, strategy through inbound, outbound and product, and I build the AI systems that let one person do the work of a team.

Companies I've built for
You have the budget for a senior hire. Not for the team around them.
Most companies between seed and Series B are in the same spot. Marketing is done by a founder at night, or by one person doing five jobs, or by an agency sending decks. A real team costs a head of marketing, a demand gen manager, a marketing ops person and a couple of SDRs. That's not the budget, and it shouldn't have to be.
Four ways to work together
Fractional head of marketing
The whole stack, owned by one person: strategy, brand, SEO and AEO, paid, content, website, CRO, lifecycle, analytics. Part-time, over months.
02Outbound engine
An outbound and ABM motion built from scratch, from account list to booked meetings, handed over running.
03Growth squad and experimentation
Assemble the squad, set up the framework and the cadence, run the first cycles, leave when it runs without me.
04AI systems for lean teams
Automations, assistants and pipelines that let a small team move like a large one.
The stack I cover
Strategy is only useful if someone can execute it. I do both. Here's what "the whole stack" means.
Strategy and brand
Positioning and messaging, ICP, go-to-market, pricing input, brand, PR, events, partnerships, planning and budget.
Inbound
SEO and AEO (being cited by AI answers, not just ranked by Google), content, paid search and paid social, landing pages, lifecycle and email.
Outbound
ICP and account lists, data and enrichment, ABM, sequences, CRM and marketing ops, sales enablement.
Product and UX
Product design (UI and UX in Figma), website build, onboarding flows, CRO and experimentation programs.
Data
Tracking and analytics setup, dashboards, attribution, experimentation frameworks, reporting that leadership actually reads.
AI and automation
Research and enrichment pipelines, AI assistants, autonomous workflows, custom MCP servers. Built in production, not in slides.
Build it, run it, hand it over
I don't do strategy decks that someone else has to execute, and I don't do execution without owning the strategy behind it. I set things up, make them work, document them, and leave them running. Then I move to the next problem, yours or someone else's.
What I've built before
- Built and ran a full outbound and ABM engine alone, with AI and automation doing the work that used to take a team.
- Set up experimentation squads for a portfolio of consumer brands that kept running after I left.
- Shipped production AI systems: research pipelines, autonomous workflows, custom MCP servers.
Let's talk about what you're trying to grow.
Thirty minutes, no deck. You tell me where you are, I tell you what I'd do first.
